Terms and Conditions

By submitting a photo through the Cushing Academy ID Card Photo Upload website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit a photo. You may instead visit the Business Office to have your photo taken for your ID card.

This website is provided by MyPhoto on behalf of Cushing Academy. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

Photo Use

The photo you submit will be used to produce your Cushing Academy ID card and may also be used for identity verification and other official Cushing Academy administrative purposes where your ID photo is required.

By submitting your photo, you confirm that:

• The photo is a current, accurate likeness of yourself.
• You have the right to submit the image.
• Your photo meets the published photo requirements.
• Cushing Academy reserves the right to reject any photo that does not meet these requirements and may request a replacement image.

Submitted photos will be retained by Cushing Academy and its authorized service providers as necessary to support ID card production, identity verification, and institutional recordkeeping.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon submission and are subject to change without notice.
